Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected for transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Bring your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
