How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of our textile products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 7-10 business days for production, plus standard shipping time to your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom-made curtains and pillows are final sale.
Do you offer fabric swatches?
Yes! We highly recommend ordering swatches before committing to a larger purchase. Swatches are available for all our signature patterns and solid fabrics to help you match your existing decor.
How should I care for my Pepper Home linens?
Most of our cotton and linen blends are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. However, for our structured curtains and delicate prints, we recommend professional dry cleaning to maintain color vibrancy and shape.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we begin the production process quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to more international destinations in the near future.
